Creative Crêpes

The crepes were delicious!!! We got a strawberry shortcake and butter sugar crepe and they were made to perfection. Everything was so fresh and no sogginess. I wish I got the name of the woman helping us, she was working the register and making all the orders by herself and she was efficient and gave us such great service still and the food was still so yummy! She wrapped our crepes to go and they were perfect for walking around!

I recently visited Creative Crepes in South Lake Tahoe and was blown away by the experience. I ordered the Florentine crepe and added some extra fixings—let me tell you, it was absolutely superb! The balance of flavors was perfect, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. My fiancé went with the popular banana crepe, and it was to die for! The sweetness of the banana paired with the perfect crepe texture made it a heavenly bite every time. There is plenty of outside seating available on the second floor where they’re located and the weather is gorgeous. Super comfy, so delicious, and extra sweet. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere had a relaxed, cozy vibe, making it an all-around fantastic experience. If you’re in the area and craving something delicious, Creative Crepes is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Loved it so much yesterday that I brought my family back today! Sweet and kind employees and the most delicious crepes!! If I lived close by I would come get a crepe every day!!

Good friendly service and my order did take long at all (compared to nearby restaurants that were quite busy and took a while for breakfast previous days). I had the carnivore crepe loaded with meat. I don't have crepes very often, but I was surprised of the thickness of the crepe here. More like the thickness of a pancake but it was still very tasty. Don't sleep on this place that's on the second floor of the plaza.

The Best Pancakes at Lake Tahoe! This is hands down our favorite pancake spot at Lake Tahoe—it's the only place where you can get pancakes like these, and it never disappoints! The food is consistently incredible, and the pancakes are absolutely out of this world. We love coming here every day when we're in town—it’s a must. Though we usually get just two pancakes, they’re worth every penny, even though it costs around $30. The quality and taste are totally justified. If you're in the area and craving amazing pancakes, don’t miss this place!

My husband and I both enjoyed late morning classic breakfast crepes with bacon at this restaurant. The place was packed when we arrived about 10:45AM and were told it would be about 20 minutes for our food. Two people working in tandem to fulfill orders. A sign said they were using paper plates because they were short-staffed. However, our food did arrive on "real" plates; however, our juices were in paper cups. No big deal to us. The staff worked hard as we watched them from our vantage point. A customer stopped to talk with the female chef and it obviously threw her rhythm/timing off, but she took the time to visit with this grateful customer. The crowd thinned after awhile and the two employees immediately went into clean up and freshen up mode, wiping down the crepe machines; changing out dish bins and washing the plates, replenishing the food containers, etc. One customer said, "Delicious! You are always the first place we visit when we come to Tahoe." Our crepes were perfectly cooked and tasted so yummy. I can see how this establishment has repeat business. Even in this time when there is such a short supply of restaurant employees, these two made us feel welcomed, and served up top-notch crepes. Wish we had room (in our tummys) for something sweet there! Will be back.

The Real Deal is Creative Crepes which is incredibly delicious! Start with the atmosphere very nice decor and furniture on the second floor of the building which has a decent view. The service was great because they made the food so good, but restaurant could be a little cleaner. Now to the Main Event: the Amazing food! The first thing I had was the Carnivore Crepe was outstanding loaded with a ton of different meats (lots), cheese, eggs, etc with has salsa on the side 10/10!! The Bananas Fosters Crepe was a dessert/breakfast crepe it was amazing 10/10!! I will definitely be back to try more! Must try for breakfast!

Delicious Crepes prepared in a variety of ways. Whether you’re in the mood for breakfast or lunch this place has a Crepe that will satisfy any craving. I ordered the Garden Crepe with scrambled eggs, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and peppers. I followed this with a Berry Swirl Crepe filled with blueberries, raspberries, dark chocolate and a sweet sauce. The Crepes were delicious. They were light, had fresh ingredients and were packed with flavor. The staff were very welcoming and even suggested some customer favorites. When visiting Lake Tahoe, I recommend putting this on your list as a place to visit.
